Our Mission:
We at GrassRoots Rx are committed to working with New Mexico's physicians and health care professionals to offer medicinal alternatives in line with your ongoing treatments. We feel that our medicinal alternatives can in most cases help your physician lessen intractable pain and other systoms due to such disabilities as chronic pain from fibromyalgia, severe arthritis, glaucoma, aids/HIV as well as it's accompanying pain and in some cases decreasing the use of many medications over all. We are devoted to providing a 100% organic line of alternative medicinal products that in case studies have shown to give patients that have debilitating illnesses a better quality of life.
GrassRoots Rx's mission is to work closely with you and your doctor from the diagnosis of illness through treatement and during recovery.
Become a GrassRoots Rx Member in 3 easy steps:
- Fill out and submit the New Patient Registration in the top menu.
- Create a Login Account on the left side of this page.
- Submit a copies of your DOH registration card and a Photo ID by one of the following methods.

After your New Patient Registration information and copies of your DOH registration card and photo id have been recieved, you will receive an email saying that your login account has been activated (be sure you create one). You can then login and surf the grassrootsrx.us website's information and store.
If you are already a GrassRoots Rx Member you only need to recreate a Login account and we will activate it.
